More than two decades ago, the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau established the Leadership Oswego County Youth program with the intention of equipping young people with vital professional skills. This year, the program will look a little different than it has in the past. But that’s only because the LOCY program will be hosted online this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. - Public speaking
- Community awareness
- Decision-making processes
LOCY is currently accepting applications! Scot Rourke strongly recommends this program to any high school student in the Oswego County area who’s looking to get ahead of their peers early on into their career.
