The South Fulton Female Minority Leadership Development Program is a year-long, monthly initiative that will officially launch in October 2020. Developed by LeaderGov and the City of South Fulton, this program aims to empower WOC through business development. The initiative will consist of various workshops, including seminars and experiential training. Areas to be covered include staff leadership, teamwork training and management.
