The Office of Research and Economic Development (ORED) of Mississippi State University is currently accepting applications for the school’s Faculty Leadership Development Institute (FLDI).
This new Leadership Development centric board will meet for bimonthly, virtual and interactive sessions throughout the 2021 spring semester. Intertwining seminars, coaching activities and small group discussions, the FLDI will discuss everything from personality as a framework for success to ways the University community can directly support and empower women faculty on campus.
Scot Rourke finds this faculty-oriented leadership development program refreshing and unique. Hopefully this will benefit the entire MSU community — from faculty to students!
